Is Victory Cleaning a family run business?

Yes, absolutely! however, we are big enough to cope with large commercial cleaning works and have over 80 employees. Because we are family run you won’t lose that personal touch your home or premises will be cleaned exactly the way you like company Director Oliver Winter is always happy to talk to customers and will be there to support you should the need arise.

What is Victory Cleaning’s area of coverage?

We are based in Ashford Kent, with an office in Folkestone, our area of coverage includes the Kent Area we will service commercial clients in East Sussex and South East London and currently have some clients in these areas.

How many staff do you have at Victory Cleaning

We have over 80 cleaning staff this figure is constantly growing, many of our staff have been with us for at least 5 Years.

How will Victory Cleaning ensure pre agreed standards are met?

Your premises will be subject to a weekly audit by one of our highly trained supervisors the purpose of which will be to ensure that standards laid out at the time of contract agreement are strictly adhered to, as a forward thinking business we invest heavily in our staff it is our policy for each member of our cleaning staff to undergo a monthly appraisal during which any areas of concern will be addressed we feel it is important to praise our staff when there doing a great job, as with all business keeping our people motivated is the key to success. Our approach to cleaning standards is second to none.

How will my the cleaning at my premesis be monitored?

At the time of the initial agreement, pre defined standards will be laid out these rules or actions will then be set out on a tick sheet. Upon completion of the tasks our cleaner will simply tick off the sheet and sign to indicate that each job has been completed, the tick sheet will be displayed in a prominent place enabling you to monitor the standard of your cleaning.

How competitively priced is Victory Cleaning?

It is our policy to price your cleaning job in such a way that it enables us to provide you with the very best value for money. For us it is important that we clean your premises to the highest level possible, we are not the cheapest but certainly not the dearest; instead, our ethos is to give your staff the best possible environment to work in at the best possible price.

What about health and saftey?

At Victory Cleaning, we take our commitments surrounding health and safety very seriously we strictly adhere to cleaning method statements as laid out by the Government Health & Safety Executive or HSE. If we are working within a new sector, it is our prerogative to research and adhere to any predefined HSE rules.
